Hi, I'm Senita.

For 32 years, I worked in Corporate America—starting as a junior administrative assistant in a municipal engineering department and working my way up to Director of Operations at a steel manufacturing firm.

Twenty-six of those years, I was a project manager. Organizational change management. Process optimization. System implementations. Event coordination. If it involved operations, I did it.

Now I bring that experience to small business owners who need operational  support but don't have time to figure things out through trial and error.
